About Elana

Elana Konstant is a career coach and consultant guiding professionals through career transition. A former lawyer, she founded Konstant Change Coaching to empower people to create the career they want.

Change is good. Elana will help you understand why.

Elana advises her clients in identifying and framing their career goals, as well as provides the support and accountability needed to achieve them. Working across a range of industries, Elana primarily coaches professionals in mid-level management or senior leadership roles, while saving space for those early in their careers.

Her career thought leadership has been featured in numerous media outlets, including HuffPost, Refinery29, Slate, Fairygodboss, and Glamour. Active in her community, Elana has served on the Boards of Directors for Golden Gate Mother’s Group, The Carroll School PTA, and Barnard College Class Alumnae.
